The hotel restaurant is characterized by classic Central European raw materials and their quality processing using modern preparation trends. A permanent À la carte menu will delight your sense of quality and unique food, whether in the form of an appetizer, dessert or main course. We use seasonal foods that have the right flavor in their peak season, bringing the food to a higher level. Our goal is to involve local farmers and further develop cooperation with them. We develop quality cuisine from homemade sourdough bread to our own cakes and desserts.
